RETURN POLICY

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND

 

Items may be subject to a refund or exchange request for multiple reasons. Kinzoro’s Return policy includes requests for refunds as well as exchanges (in the case of receiving a damaged product).  This Return Policy is applicable to Kinzoro International, Hong Kong Online Purchase Orders ONLY. If you do not like the products that you order, we are pleased to offer a refund for items that are requested for a refund by email to sales@kinzoro.com.hk within 3 working days and shipped back to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

 

We accept returns for any Kinzoro International, Hong Kong - ONLINE purchased product(s). In order to process the refund and or exchange, all the following conditions have to be met.

 

 

1.   The intention / request of refund or exchange must be sent by email to sales@kinzoro.com.hk, with pictures of the product (if damaged during shipping) within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.   The product has to be shipped together with the airway bill number showing the date of receipt and printed copy of email-request from above point to Kinzoro international, Hong Kong within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

3.   The customer bears the expenses of shipment and Insurance for the returned shipment back to Kinzoro International, Hong Kong.

4.   Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your request for refund or exchange.

 

Please ensure that the product is:

  1. Still in its original packaging with all certificates, warranties, authenticity cards, original invoice and gift intact;
  2.  The item is found intact with its original purchase condition.
  3.  No damage has been incurred during the return shipping.

 

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE REJECTED IF IT FAILS TO MEET THESE CONDITIONS

 

 

 

 

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. These ‘Excluded Items’ include:

·         All the products received and checked at Kinzoro International, Hong Kong physical store.

·         All engraved products, Made-to-Order products cannot be returned or refunded.

·         Merchandise invoiced as ‘non-refundable, non-exchangeable’.

 

Return of Excluded Items may be accepted at the discretion of Sana Gem International, Hong Kong, such as in the case if you received the item damaged. Please contact Customer Service immediately should this occur.
